Purchased through Home Depot and installed myself, fairly simple install. The first few times we used it the fan squealed a bit, but it stated that in the info booklet. The noise went away after a week and have had no issues since. Looks great and cooks as expected.

Love my new oven/microwave unit! I haven™€™t used all of the features yet but excited to learn how. So far, only complaint might be needing a little more space between microwave turntable and cooking rack. I have to remove the rack in order to fit my coffee cup to warm up. It will just take getting used to after having same oven for 25+ years.

When I first got this oven, I went crazy. I love so much abpot it, but the one thing about it that I hate ruins the whole thing for me. Why can't you bypass the dang timer off/oven off system? How many recipes will say, "cook for 32 to 38 minutes", as an example. So if you set the oven for 32 minutes, once the timer goes off at 32 minutes, you test the cake, realize that it needs a few more minutes, but since the oven turned off, it is no longer at the degree you need it. To reheat the oven means you have to take the cake layers out, they start to cool while the oven is getting back up to the proper temp. I have resorted to using my phone timer, but come on, you buy the top of the line, the best combi-oven on the market, it has this incredible probe that made Thanksgiving so easy, but you can't use the damp timer to bake? What is the solution?

We have had this combo unit about a month now. It replaced a Kitchen Aid unit. This oven heats up very quickly compared to the old unit and has many more functions. The microwave runs a bit louder, but seems to function fine. Quality isn't quite as nice as with Kitchen Aid, but the cost is considerably less, making it a great value. We are so far pleased with our purchase.

There are a few features I love but all in all this is a very basic model but easy to operate if that™€™s your goal. The digital board could use a few more bells and whistles and just seems rather plain and college dorm like. We had to get a 27™€ due to cabinet size and the interior of the oven is much smaller than our replacement (JennAir). I™€™m doubting my turkey roaster will fit when the time comes! For the money we paid, I expected a little more pizzazz but this just doesn™€™t have it.

Loud humming with microwave

Unfortunately, just after installing this wall oven at great expense and time, as soon as I turned on the microwave, there was a loud humming, as though there was a vibration somewhere inside the control panel. Spent a lot of time with the Installer trying to work out the source and remedy the problem. No luck.. Really disappointing because it now will take more time and money to sort it out. Bad engineering. ?

I am comparing this to what we had, which was a 2009 or earlier wall oven / microwave combo. The preheat is amazing! The heat is uniform. The slide out rack in the oven is genius! And the added convection functionality in both appliances is fabulous. My only complaints, which is why I give 4*, is that (a) the door was a huge pain to re-install, and (b) the trim/paint needs to be more durable as I scratched it when performing (a).

The worst ovens I have ever owned!!!

The first set of this combo oven died of multiple failures at 5 1/2 months old. The porcelain chipped in multiple places. The springs in the slide out shelf sprang out onto the floor. The upper oven door rubbed upon closing it. I had a microwave plastic cover in the microwave, used the broiler in the bottom oven and the cover melted. The mother board and UI failed - the screen went black and then 5 days later came back on again all by itself! Fire Hazard in my opinion!!! I shut off the breaker. I was without the appliance from December 29, 2023 until they replaced it with the same awful model on March 27,2024 - 3 months!The replacement is as ornery to use as the first one. Set the bottom oven to preheat or bake and try to use the microwave. Well, just like the last one, the bottom oven turned off and I didn't realize it until I went to check the food I had on a timer. The upper oven door rubs just like the last one and the attachment moves upon closing. The slide out shelf is hard to pull out - sticking as if I had cleaned the oven with the shelf in place - I did not, it is 8 days old! It melted another microwave cover using bake at 350 degrees. Obviously, there is not enough insulation between the ovens. If the lower oven keeps melting a microwave cover in the upper oven, then that means the temperature in the upper oven is raised to the point that if you try to use both at the same time, the food in the upper oven will cook at a completely unknown higher temperature and will ruin your food in the upper oven! The user interface is horrendous to use. I have to call for repairs AGAIN and it will be another 3-4 weeks before they come. What I want is a different brand of the same combination that fits my space of 27" with a user board that has oven on one side and microwave/convection on the other - not the all in the middle, impossibly hard to use, only in the center! These are Not the first ovens with this setup that I have owned so I do know what I am talking about. I am very experienced and proficient in the kitchen. This is a terrible product!!! I really hope that Frigidaire/Electrolux takes my complaints seriously and allows me to get a different product that does not have all of these problems. Please, be responsible for your products and to your customers!

I am very happy with my purchase of the Frigidaire 27" Electric Wall Oven and Microwave Combination. I like having the Microwave on top at my eye level. The buttons to push for commands are very easy and clear to understand, and all the features work well. I feel fortunate for this purchase.

Great when it works,customer service horrible!!

The oven itself is great when working. Customer Service not so good . When first one started blowing 20amp internal fuse(not circuit breakers)internal fuse of oven ,,after 1month,, Parts couldn't be produced ,so they agreed to replace unit. After4 months and endless hours on phone with customer service ,I couldn't get anywhere on finding out when I would get a new unit. All I would ever get told is "escalating to Back Offic,,someone will contact you " . Well,that never happened. After finally filing a formal complaint with the BBB, they responded. Never directly to me ,but through BBB . A new warranty replacement oven was finally shipped to me.. But here's another poke in the eye ,,,Frigidaire told me I was responsible for installation of new and disposal of old unit . I had already paid for install of defective unit, why should I have to pay for install of warranty replacement and haul away ?? So,,I've had new one for 3 weeks and it works nice so far. But ,buyer beware if you need customer service As I said ,4 months I sat here without a working oven/microwave combo ,had to go through Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays with no oven /microwave. Very ,very disappointed

It is a real pleasure to use the oven and microwave. I like the fact that both can be used simultaneously. So easy to keep the handles and doors clean.

Live everything about it except the microwave door is awkward to open, it sits up to high and to have to pull down just doesn't feel right. I definitely would prefer the door opening on the side.

Overall great oven but where's the air fryer rack.

Our combo wall oven looks great and works great as well. The microwave on top cooks evenly and is easy to use. The bottom convection oven has been great upgrade. It cooks quickly and evenly. Since oven has an air fryer feature that is a huge advertising point, you would think it would come with the air fryer rack but it does not. That is my only complaint so far. Had to spend another $120 for that. The rolling rack is very handy though

Replaced a double wall oven. I only used the 2nd oven for holidays. So decided to get rid of the microwave sitting on the counter and go to this single oven/microwave combo. Got not quite a week ago. Used ™€œbread proof™€yesterday with great results. Have used the microwave and regular baking for casseroles. All performed great.
